Robinsons Solicitors has strengthened its partnership team with the announcement that Sarah Nash has been promoted to Principal.

Sarah joined the firm in August 2005 and is head of its Private Client Department.

A wealth tax and probate specialist who qualified in 2000, Sarah leads a team of three solicitors and five support staff across the two branches. In her new role, she will be responsible for working with the other seven Principals to oversee the day-to-day running of the firm and ensuring its long term success.

Speaking about her promotion, Sarah said: "Since qualifying as a lawyer, becoming a Principal is something that I've aspired to and worked hard for, so I'm delighted to have achieved this.

"This is a challenging time to be joining the partnership team. The legal profession is changing radically, so it is important that we are abreast of these changes in order to serve our clients to the best of our abilities and ensure that Robinsons continues to flourish."

Neil Barnes, Managing Principal at Robinsons Solicitors added: "Since Sarah joined us she has proved to be a considerable asset to the team. Her promotion to Principal is a natural progression and I'm certain that her legal knowledge and good business sense will serve the firm well both now and in the future."

Robinsons Solicitors is one of the best known law firms operating in the East Midlands with a clear focus upon providing high levels of client care. Robinsons offers a comprehensive range of legal services spanning across both the commercial and private client sectors.

With offices in Derby and Ilkeston, the firm is managed by a team of 8 Principals, who are supported by over 50 members of staff - each of whom share the same vision of providing the highest level of professionalism and client care.
