The Translation People's Midlands division has spearheaded the
launch of a new office in Germany, following a strong start to
2011, which has seen the company increase turnover by 75
percent.
During 2010, the company, which is one of the UK's leading
translation service providers, achieved 44 percent growth in export
sales. The company's Birmingham office has played a key role in
this overseas success and has led the move to expand into Bonn, in
Germany.
Jasmin Schneider, Operations Manager of The Translation People,
who is based at the company's office in Solihull comments: "It's
been a strong start to the year both domestically and overseas,
with our projected annual turnover now in excess of £3
million.
Jasmin and Midlands-based Account Manager, Denise Sauer are both
native German speakers. Jasmin adds: "Following our successful
launch in Paris last year the new German office will further
increase our presence in Europe. Our team here in Birmingham
already has a number of German-based clients and we are working
closely with the new office to develop further business in the
region.
"We're targeting the American market too - and our Midlands
division has recently won a major new contract with a US
brand."
The Translation People recently extended its range of
translation services to include telephone interpreting, and has
also been awarded the international ISO 9001 quality management
standard.
Jasmin said: "Our success is built on the quality of the service
we provide. We now have clients in 32 countries across the globe,
including a number of businesses from the Midlands - all need a
specialist service they can rely on."
