Miller Homes East Midlands is inviting prospective housebuyers
to a special event this weekend at its popular Lincoln development
Deansleigh, where they will be shown how they could afford the
house of their dreams.
The MiWay weekend, which takes place on 23 and 24 April, offers
visitors the chance to view some of the stunning 'key ready'
properties on the development, as well as meet with an independent
financial advisor, to discuss the affordability of a new home.
MiWay works by offering buyers a long-term equity loan, allowing
them to pay 75 per cent of the purchase price for a new home, with
the remaining 25 per cent payable at a later date.
Paul Walters, senior sales manager at Miller Homes East
Midlands, commented: "The MiWay scheme offers a fantastic
opportunity to buy a home, particularly for first-time buyers who
may be struggling to get on the housing ladder. MiWay really does
make owning your own home an affordable option."
A number of house styles are available through the MiWay scheme,
including The Edgeworth - a stylish two-bedroom apartment, which is
usually priced at £99,950 but available for just
£74,963 through MiWay.
Paul added: "Not only does the MiWay scheme allow a buyer to own
their own home for a reduced price, but they could also pay a
deposit of just five per cent of the MiWay price. This means that
The Edgeworth would be available with a deposit of just
£3,748.
"Deansleigh has proven an extremely popular development and
we're really pleased to be hosting this event to introduce more
people to the site and the MiWay scheme. MiWay is available on a
limited number of plots though, so buyers need to move quickly if
they want to secure a low-priced, high-quality home."
Deansleigh is located in a leafy residential area on the
northern edge of Lincoln and benefits from picturesque views of
nearby Lincoln Cathedral, while also being surrounded by green
space. Just a 15-minute walk to the city centre, Deansleigh is also
in close proximity to the A46 and major rail routes, making it the
ideal choice for anyone looking to commute to the rest of the East
Midlands.
