The Stourbridge-based Western region of construction company
Mansell has made a series of appointments and promotions to
strengthen its business, including a newly-formed pre-construction
team.
The new integrated pre-construction department, responsible for
design, estimating and proposals, comes under the leadership of
pre-construction manager Steve Wedge who was previously design and
build manager.
Philip Growcott joins Mansell from Vinci Construction as
regional estimator designate. Previously he held a number of senior
estimating roles in large construction organisations. Paul Weaver,
formerly construction manager with Mansell's education and leisure
division is appointed technical proposals manager.
Outside of the pre-construction team, Andy Price, previously
head of the interiors division becomes business development manager
for the private sector and contracts manager Christian Bohlin takes
over as construction manager for partnership housing.
Mansell Western region managing director Steve Davies said,
