A leading midlands cleaning company is moving to new premises at Gravelly Industrial Park in Birmingham in a deal brokered by DTZ. 

Acting on behalf of Standard Life Investments, DTZ's Birmingham industrial agency team has agreed the letting of Unit 73 Gravelly Industrial Park to Midland Cleaning Supplies Limited. 

The company has taken 2,350 sq ft of industrial and warehouse space on the estate which is located half a mile from junction 6 of the M6 motorway. Set within 80 acres of landscaped space, Gravelly Industrial Park comprises 78 units totalling 1,100,000 sq ft.  

Jonathan Robinson, Associate Director at DTZ in Birmingham, commented: "Standard Life Investments has a policy of continual investment in its stock and Unit 73 has been refurbished to a very high standard. The combination of quality accommodation within a well managed estate with security provisions and easy access to prime communication routes made it the ideal choice for Midland Cleaning Supplies."

Midland Cleaning Supplies was formed in 1994 and provides a comprehensive range of cleaning, janitorial and catering supplies. In addition, they also offer a facilities management service comprising of commercial window cleaning, jet washing, landscape gardening and general maintenance. 

Tim Cleverley of Midland Cleaning Supplies, said: "We have experienced sustained growth in the last few years, largely due to our online business and required new premises to support our expansion plans."
