New Leicester-based conference and event management consultancy,
Hsquare2 is firing on all pistons with completion of its first
contract wins to produce and stage manage the Red Bull F1 team
building exhibit at Fitness First's annual managers' conference at
The Grand Hotel, Brighton and the National Public Awards at
London's The Grosvenor House Hotel.
The event contracts are the first briefs for Hsquare2 from new
client Red Bull Company Ltd to support the drink manufacturer's F1
exhibit, which is used Europe-wide by companies for team building
and display at events, conferences and exhibitions.
The Red Bull F1 exhibit was first used as part of a team
building event at Fitness First's conference for 270 delegates.
Commenting, managing director of Hsquare2, Mark Huffington
said: "These two events are the first contracts of many to be
completed for Red Bull and is a fabulous start for the
consultancy.
"The event for Fitness First involved building out the exhibit,
managing all technical requirements, and stage managing a team
competition for the fastest wheel change using David Coulthard's
car and the exact equipment and tools used at a Grand Prix
stop."
Andrew Neilson, Group Purchasing Manager at Fitness First said:
"We recently had the pleasure of having the Red Bull Racing F1 Pit
Stop challenge at our National Conference and it was a huge success
with all concerned.
"Mark and his team have such excellent organisational skills
that the set up and subsequent dismantling were handled in such a
seamless and extremely discrete manner that nobody knew anything
about the challenge until the morning of the conference which is
exactly what we wanted. The event itself was handled very
professionally and the level of excitement, team work and
competitiveness generated surpassed our expectations, it was just
simply a fantastic supporting element to our event."
Work is well underway at Hsquare2 for the third Red Bull exhibit
event, which takes place at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone
in July. Mark said: "There was no time to down tools from the
Fitness First and National Public Awards events as we were straight
onto planning to stage manage attendance at the Silverstone F1
Grand Prix from the 8 to the 10th July."
