Just one self-contained office building remains available at St.
Modwen's Whitley Business Park in Coventry following a string of
property deals at the development.
Prime Chartered Accountants' recent purchase of two buildings at
the 93-acre scheme leaves just Building 3, a 3,395 sq ft BREEAM
'Very Good' property, including 12 car parking spaces, now
available.
Situated off the A45 Coventry Road, close to the A46 junction
and adjacent to Jaguar Land Rover's research and development
facility in the city, Whitley Business Park has become a popular
out-of-town location as Mark Watkins, development surveyor for St.
Modwen explains:
"Whitley Business Park has consistently attracted occupier
interest since its launch with occupiers here ranging from business
energy consultants GET Solutions UK Ltd to electrical manufacturer
Cooper Crouse-Hinds and Jaguar Land Rover which has taken
occupation of the development's largest property at 25,960 sq ft.
"The development has made an impact with occupiers because of
the range of opportunities it presents, the flexibility of the
offering, and the aesthetics of the new business park environment.
The feedback we have been receiving has also proven that its
location, with quick access to the city's major arterial routes and
at the heart of Coventry's transport network, has been a major draw
for occupiers. Interest has already been expressed in
Building 3 by numerous parties and we do not expect it to be
available for long."
Whitley Business Park benefits from excellent connectivity being
situated off the A45 Coventry Road, close to the A46 junction and
adjacent to Jaguar Land Rover's research and development facility
in the city. Access to the surrounding motorway network is
also swift with the M6, the M40 and the M1 all within easy reach.
Mainline rail connections are accessible via Coventry city centre,
Warwick Parkway and Birmingham International train stations.
Birmingham and Coventry Airports are within a short drive, the
latter being within two miles of the scheme.
Properties at the development have appealed to occupants due to
their combination of location and specification. Building 3 has
been constructed to a BREEAM 'Very Good' standard including an
energy saving heating and cooling system which gives the property
an Energy Performance Rating of B. Showers and bicycle
parking has also been incorporated within the building to encourage
the use of greener modes of transport.
Design and build opportunities are also available at Whitley
Business Park for bespoke office, industrial and warehouse space to
meet occupiers' specific needs, while also maximising the benefits
of an established and proactively managed, country park
setting.
