Dlh Marketing was awarded the Employer Award in the less than 49
employees catagory at the recent Walsall EducationBusiness
Partnership (EBP) Employer Conference.
The conference, held at Banks's Stadium, Walsall, bought
together businesses, organisations and schools from across Walsall
to showcase how business and education are working together. The
employer award, one of several awarded to organisations who are
involved in helping to get young people in education prepare for
work and is presented to companies who have, over a number of
years, provided support across a wide range of Walsall EBP
activities.
Dlh Marketing's owner David Hassell has worked with Walsall EBP
for the last 10 years providing practice interviews, enterprise
activity support and specific marketing programmes. When asked
about his involvement David said that for him it was a 'no
brainer', "despite the time involved for a small company, business
can't complain about the readiness of potential employees if they
ignore the opportunity to get involved and influence what they are
learning. I have also seen how the employees of some larger
organisations benefit from taking part when it forms part of their
CPD"
Dlh Marketing provides support to organisations in the West
Midlands who may not have or need a full time marketer.
