This Easter, shoppers are invited to Victoria Centre to take
part in the chocolate egg giveaway.
Honey Bunny, the Easter bunny will be handing out free chocolate
eggs in the mall from 11am to 4pm on Good Friday 22 April and
Easter Monday 25 April.
Liz Sewell, marketing manager for Victoria Centre, said: "We're
delighted to have Honey Bunny in the shopping mall with us
celebrating Easter and putting a smile on adults faces as well as
the children's, no doubt!"
Honey Bunny said: "I'll be treating the customers of Victoria
Centre to chocolate eggs to mark the beginning of spring and give
them an egg-stra special chocolate treat."
The Easter weekend will not only see Honey Bunny making herself
known to the shoppers of Victoria Centre, but also the great
English patron St George and his dragon will be making an
appearance too.
On St George's Day (Saturday 23 April) he will be riding his
motorised dragon around the mall from 11am to 4pm and will be
giving away flags and balloon swords.
Liz added: "We're so excited to have St George in our shopping
mall with us celebrating such a fantastic British tradition. It'll
be a great family day out - bring along the kids and watch their
amazement as they meet St George himself and see him ride around
the mall. It's quite a coup to have him with us on a day when
he is so busy, but we are very privileged to do so and we're sure
the visitors to Victoria Centre on the day will make him and his
dragon feel more than welcome!"
