Dukes Bailiffs has strengthened its Stone-based operation with the announcement of strategic appointments.

Joyce Sangster joins the company as Sales and Account Manager, Public Sector, developing business in the public sector primarily for Local Authority clients through the formal tender process. Joyce brings a wealth of experience to the team, having worked for 23 years in corporate sales and strategic account management, managing a variety of complex projects in the public and private sectors, primarily for large blue chip organisations.

To oversee the company's internal procedures and processes, Dukes has created a new role, with the appointment of David Parry as Quality Assurance Manager. David will also be responsible for all internal auditing and the Quality Management System which includes all documentation and continuous improvements. This is a first for Dukes, who clearly see this appointment as key to the company's success.

Colin Naylor, Managing Director of Dukes and Chairman of ACEA, says "This role is central in assuring Dukes is open and transparent with our clients and staff."

Adam Austin takes on the role of IT Manager, supporting the company's IT infrastructure and all aspects of IT support. He is also responsible for overseeing the interface between the company and local authorities, providing a quality service to both public and private sectors. An IT professional for 11 years, Adam will call upon his previous experience working for well-known organisations like the NHS and the Co-operative Group.

Colin Naylor is confident that his new team will make a significant contribution to the company's future. "The professionalism and experience they all bring will ensure we can offer a continued high level of service to our clients and position the company at the forefront of an exciting new phase in the industry", he said.
