StrategA's flagship products include the unique three-dimensional biological pattern-based behavioural profiling system, Parallax, which is already providing performance improvement solutions for a number of world-class FTSE companies. 

Complementing this and underpinned by the same technology are the 'role focused' competency framework appraisal / training & development systems. Unlike any other profiling system, Parallax identifies brain-based behaviour patterns. This added information enables the user to understand deep level behaviour and therefore deliver more reliable information.
