customers gave the company an overwhelming vote of confidence in
the latest Customer Satisfaction Survey from the Home Builders
Federation (HBF).
The new home developer, which is building Park Central in
Birmingham city centre, was awarded the highest rating of five
stars based on both 'Quality of Build' and 'Recommendation' in the
6th annual HBF survey of home buyers in the 12 month period from
October 2009 to September 2010. The survey's results confirm Crest
Nicholson's own independent customer care research which found 9/10
purchasers would be happy to recommend the company to a friend.
Having recently celebrated record first quarter sales at Park

Home Builders Federation.

receive five star ratings in both areas.
