Cherry Professional, the Beeston-based recruitment experts, are
expanding again, moving premises for the third time in under three
years, as the business takes on more staff and wins more business
across the region.
Specialising in finance and office support recruitment, the
company moves into offices three-times the size of its previous
space at Beeston Business Park this week. This is its third move in
as many years since setting up, as it seeks to maintain the
momentum built up over the last twelve months.
Simon Gray, director of Cherry Professional said:
"It has been a challenging but ultimately very successful year
for us, during which time we've expanded into Derby and added the
new office support division. Whilst the market for senior positions
has remained relatively flat, there has been a strong flow of more
junior candidates seeking quality firms, which all adds up to a
very strong and profitable year for us.
"Turnover is up 50% and in order to ensure we continue to
deliver a quality service we've had to bring in more employees,
hence the need again for more space."
Last year, Cherry Professional was runner-up in the Nottingham
Evening Post Business Awards' New Enterprise of the Year category
and won Most Promising New Business of the Year at the
Nottinghamshire's Best Business Awards 2010, hosted by the
Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce.
