Wells McFarlane, one of the East Midlands leading commercial property management and chartered surveyors, has announced that it has been awarded the contract to manage and let a rural business park in Marston Trussell, Market Harborough.

The business park, Rectory Farm Mill, former home of Joules Clothing, contains numerous high specification offices each at around 1,000 sq ft, with one available to let and is the ideal location for small businesses looking to relocate or take office space in a wonderful rural setting. This business park comes with additional benefits, such as generous parking, good maintenance and rural views all contributing to a prestigious working environment. Rectory Farm Mill also has excellent access to major motorway networks situated only 20 minutes drive from the M1 and M6.

Andrew McFarlane Holt, director of Wells McFarlane commented: "Taking over the management of Marston Trussell is our fourth instruction of this type in six months. Many of today's business owners relocate as a lifestyle choice and Rectory Farm Mill is certainly a location that will appeal to those business owners looking for a certain quality of life.

"Whilst the market is not as bouyant as it has previously been,  there is still an encouraging increase in demand for out-of-town business parks. With favourable moving deals available as the market continues to provide flexibility to occupiers, now is a great time to consider relocating."

Wells McFarlane encourage any interested parties to contact them on 01858 827090.
