Birmingham-based employee benefits provider BHSF is celebrating
its Work-Life Balance development title victory gained in the
Birmingham Best Business Awards for the development of Work-life
Balance.
The company was a joint winner in the medium-sized company
category at the presentations held at Birmingham's Botanical
Gardens and HR Officer Mel Tavener said: "This is a great award,
not just for the HR team at BHSF but for every single person who
works at the company and contributes to its' culture and
values."
Several speakers at the awards ceremony stressed the
contribution being made by their employees during this difficult
time for business and talked about the need to not only give
something back to their hardworking staff but also to the wider
community.
Mel Tavener added: "It is not only great for us to be picking up
the award but also to see that so many of the other winners are
clients of BHSF."
