St. Modwen has agreed a 10 year lease for the 6,435 sq ft Unit
402 at its Great Western Business Park with Automotive parts
distributor Andrew Page Ltd.
The unit, which will be used as a distribution centre, will
benefit from the 23-acre park's key location within the West
Midlands, situated just three miles from Junctions 6 and 7 of the
M5 and only a five minute walk from Shrub Hill Station and
Worcester City Centre.
Julie Rossiter, senior asset manager for St. Modwen, said:

Andrew Page Ltd has been distributing automotive parts
throughout the UK for 65 years, with distribution centres in 53
locations nationwide.
Ayaz Mahmood, Regional Sales Manager, Andrew Page Limited, said:

Demand for space at Great Western Business Park has been
extremely high due to both the high quality of the build and the
location, with 15 of the Park's 18 units - which comprise the first
phase of the development - sold or let to tenants.
