£132,000 using one of the 'You CAN Buy' options:
• a joint equity scheme which requires the buyer to have
just a 5% deposit, with William Davis providing an interest free
loan for the remaining 15%. The buyer retains 100% ownership of the
property.
• Alternatively, William Davis will provide up to 5% of the
property value, which can be used as a contribution towards a
deposit.
