The Pallasades Shopping Centre has appointed Warren Greatrex who
joins the team as the operations manager.
Warren, 43, brings with him over 15 years of retail experience,
ten of which within operations and facilities management. He joins
The Pallasades from the Crowngate Shopping Centre in Worcester
where he was formerly the retail liaison manager.
In his new remit with The Pallasades, Warren's key objective is
to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for shoppers
and passing traffic during the redevelopment works of the centre.
He states: "This is an extremely exciting time for The
Pallasades and the regeneration of the centre is of great interest
to a vast number of people. I am very proud to be part of the
project and believe the next few years will be very
rewarding.
"I will be working alongside the general manager Jonathan
Cheetham to achieve my primary aim to maintain a pleasant
experience for everyone who visits the centre as well as support
our retailers during this time of transition."
Jonathan Cheetham adds: "Warren has come on board during a key
period for The Pallasades and I am looking forward to working with
him to face the challenges ahead, delivering our ongoing commitment
to ensure the centre becomes a prime shopping location in
Birmingham."
Warren lives in Billesley, Kings Heath and is married with two
children. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, cooking and
motorsport.
