Residential care home The Grange is opening its doors to six new
residents following the completion of a £230,000 extension
and refurbishment backed by Santander Corporate Banking.
The home's owners, Barrie and Jo-Ann Chambers, purchased the
three star rated, 30-bed home in Sandiacre, Nottinghamshire in
March last year. Following the refurbishment the home is now able
to offer 36 beds, mainly en-suite, and a larger sitting room for
guests. The Grange specialises in residential care for the
elderly.
Barrie Chambers, home owner, said: "We are delighted to be able
to offer six additional high-quality beds for our residents. This
will help ease our waiting list and will enable us to offer rooms
to friends and family of our existing residents. Working with the
team at Santander has been pleasant and rewarding. They really took
the time to get to know our business and their sector expertise
proved invaluable."
Mark Lawson, Relationship Director at Santander Corporate
Banking in the East Midlands, said: "It's great to see the fully
refurbished home ready to receive new guests. At Santander
Corporate Banking, we are committed to building strong
relationships based on a deep understanding of businesses and their
needs and finding the right financing solutions to fit those needs.
Our relationship with Barrie and Jo-Ann Chambers is a perfect
example of this and I look forward to a long and successful working
relationship."
