Francesco Group Tamworth has raised hundreds of pounds for St Giles Hospice with an innovative VIP Charity Blow Dry Event.

The event, which invited customers to contribute £15 towards an extensive alchemy treatment and blow dry, was a big success with the team raising £400 for the Hospice.

Salon owner Paul Corbett was delighted with how well the evening went and aims to host more like it in the future.

"We held this special event for our loyal customers and to raise money for a really worthy cause," Paul said.

"Both the staff and customers had a fantastic night with some lovely food, drinks and pampering and our makeup artist Charlene Evason was on hand to create some brand new looks.

"I'd like to thank everybody who contributed towards the evening and helped raise such a significant amount for a wonderful charity, we can't wait for the next one."
