A newly launched expert insurance provider is ensuring it stands
out from the crowd, by offering its clients the personal touch.
Andrew Phillips Insurance, with its new head office in
Bromsgrove, and Managing Director Andrew Phillips, is determined to
give private and business clients alike up-to-the-minute advice,
combined with good old-fashioned personable service.
Mr Phillips' approach means an end to the frustration caused by
automated telephone-answering systems. People can also say goodbye
to another major headache; being passed from one person to another
when they need to get their insurance sorted out quickly or have a
simple query answered.
Andrew Phillips Insurance handles a wide portfolio of insurance
solutions, from business and commercial, to property and
professional indemnity insurance, covering service providers, such
as accountants, surveyors and management consultants, in addition
to doctors, dentists and manufacturers.
The insurance specialist also offers high value home insurance
for private clients, which may include cover for belongings with a
large price tag, such as fine art and antiques.
"My service is very personal, with one person dealing with all
of a client's requirements. There's no call centre or teams of
people to deal with," said Mr Phillips.
"We offer insurance to those people and businesses that are
looking for advice and service in the same way as they would from
their accountant or solicitor", he added.
Mr. Phillips has more than 25 years of experience working in the
insurance industry, including ten at a large Birmingham-based
brokerage. He is firmly convinced that a "one-way-suits-all"
approach is simply not what his clients need.
"We operate without call centres and we aim to see every one of
our clients face-to-face to discuss and review their insurances,"
added Mr Phillips.
Operating from the Basepoint Business Centre in Isidore Road,
Bromsgrove, Mr. Phillips, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance
Institute and a Chartered Insurance Broker, offers insurance cover
to private and business clients in the Redditch, Worcestershire,
Warwickshire and the West Midlands areas.
