Ashbourne-based solicitors, Simpson Jones, have extended their
portfolio of services with the launch of a new family division.
The new division will be headed up by Claire Dean, who is a
hugely experienced family solicitor. Claire joins the firm from
Next Step South Derbyshire, where she provided court representation
and advice in domestic violence proceedings to clients in the South
Derbyshire area.
She has been a family lawyer since 1990 and prior to relocating
to Derbyshire, enjoyed a varied career practising family law at
various high profile firms in London.
She has expertise in all areas of private family law, in
particular, matrimonial orders, divorce, judicial separation, civil
partnerships, ancillary relief proceedings, children and domestic
violence proceedings, advice on and drafting of pre nuptial
agreements, post nuptial agreements and cohabitation contracts.
She is a member of The Law Society and the family law
organisation, Resolution.
Claire and her team will be providing practical, sensitive and
cost effective advice on all areas of family law.
