Midlands practice management software specialist See20/20 has
vowed to bring the 'wow' factor to Optrafair 2011 (NEC, Birmingham,
April 9th - 11th) with its exclusive debut of pioneering
software.
Brierley Hill based See20/20 has invested over £½
million in a major upgrade of its latest practice management system
with its brand new dispensing, ordering and insurance module being
unveiled on Stand F50 at the UK optical profession's biggest
exhibition.
It features state-of-the-art advancements in dispensing with
seamless integration to SpesCare insurance, clinical notes and a
major revamp of patient recall with an all inclusive
auto-fulfillment. It is already proving to be an industry winner
with the UK's top eye care professionals.
Merseyside's Silverberg Opticians, Hampshire and Surrey based
Rawlings Opticians and South Wale's Gwynns Opticians are among the
first to benefit from the enhanced See20/20 software.
Sales and marketing director at See20/20 Paul Houston says the
system is even faster and easier to use than ever before.
He said: "We can offer bespoke support to both independent and
group practices looking to computerise for the first time, replace
an existing system or implement a paperless practice.
"At the show, we will be demonstrating a full suite of brand new
software which will be integrated to all necessary equipment such
as cash drawers, bar-code scanners and mobile tablets to provide a
live hands-on opportunity for all to try.
"Additionally, we will be processing orders direct to lens
suppliers such as Essilor, Hoya & Rodenstock throughout the
three-day show, which will be ready for collection both during and
after the show.
"By consolidating all practice records in one single source, our
system offers significant improvements in communication, customer
experience and efficiency - all contributing to bottom line
profitability and increased patient care.
"With increased competition from all sectors of the optical
industry it is crucial for today's eye care professionals to stay
ahead of the competition. See20/20 will not only guarantee an
increase in business, it also supports the overall growth of a
business."
The See20/20 system offers modern day practices a myriad of
benefits, enabling all areas of the business to be instantly
controlled and managed on-site or remotely. As well as, providing
practice managers/owners with the flexibility to be proactive and
non reactive to changing market trends and conditions with its
unique offerings of real-time BI (Business Intelligence) & KPI
(Key Performance Indicators) analysis reporting.
Uniquely, it can be used to manage multiple branches at the same
time meaning stock can be shared and patients can visit different
outlets - all of which will have access to their records, saving
them from being tied to the same outlet and restricted in
choice.
Over 300 organisations and practices across the UK now use the
See20/20 system.
