Northampton-based care home Cedarwood Nursing Home is under new ownership with help from a finance facility provided by Santander Corporate Banking. Cedarwood Nursing Home provides long term residential & nursing care and is run by Mr Manoj Mapara, who has more than 10 years experience in the sector.

The purchase of the home on Kettering Road, Northampton boasts a 32 registration and included a neighbouring property that was the previous owner's home. Planning permission for a 14 bedroom extension has already been secured. Once completed, this will enable Mr Mapara to offer additional purpose built accommodation which will enhance the living environment and care experience.

Mr Mapara also owns two further care homes in the East Midlands, Redruth Nursing Home in Northampton and St Bennett's Care Home in Leicester.
