Business fleet manager Roy Munson has won an award from Toyota
for achieving the top performance in the country.
Roy, who is the business centre manager for Ron Brooks at
Ilkeston and Mansfield, has won the Business Centre Manager of the
Year 2010 for Toyota Business Sales.
The award is not just for sales, but also achieving standards
set for marketing, database management, demonstrations and outside
activities, such as the Ride and Drive promotions and attending
events such as agricultural shows.
"We tend to go out to the public, rather than just wait for the
public to come to us," he said.
"I try to deal with the business community throughout Derbyshire
and Nottinghamshire which helps us to maintain a strong local
profile and a close working relationship with our customers."
Roy has been with Ron Brooks Toyota for almost four years,
during which he time he has also won a national Fleet Marketing
Award.
He received his latest award from Richard Balshaw, sales
director for Toyota, at a ceremony at the Hilton Hotel at the
National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham.
