Midland Energy Services is providing a number of popular
seminars on a range of sustainable building topics during 2011.
They are completely free to local architects, developers, builders
etc and are held at their offices in Newark. Refreshments and CPD
certificates are provided.
The next seminar is on Wednesday 6th April from 9.15am to
11.30am, titled Renewable Technologies- the good, the bad and the
ugly. It looks at the wide range of different low and zero cabon
technoligies that are currently on the market for new-build
properties. The seminar aims to provide an impartial, no-nonsense
appraisal of the different technologies available as well as when
and how they can be best utilised.
This seminar is particularly aimed at architects, developers and
contractors and anyone involved in the construction of new-build
dwellings and commercial builders. This seminar is not suitable for
householders looking at retrofitting renewable technologies on
existing properties.
