recruitment agency for teachers and support staff now employ 26

Michaela and Cherie-Anne Baxter, received the award on 10th
March at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. Michaela said 'We
operate in an industry that is dominated by highly competitive
salaries, a long hours culture and high staff turn over. At times
when the economic climate is unstable companies tend to cut back on
employee benefits. We take a very different approach, our enhanced
work - life balance benefits enable us to offer flexible and
reasonable working hours and ensure that we attract the best staff
in the market place providing consistency to all our clients'
Aspire People offer 40 days holiday, flexible working time and
career breaks, 6 paid emergency leave hours, supported study leave,
enhanced paternity leave, competitions offering holidays, meals,
spa breaks etc, and the last Friday of the month includes early
finish, breakfast and dress down day.
The scheme is run by The Work Life Company to reward
organisations who have developed a Work-life Balance Programme. The
Gold accreditation is rewarded to previous winners who continue to
provide Work-life Balance as an integral part of their
business.
