Midland Independent Financial Services Limited has joined forces with Ansons Solicitors, two other legal firms, three local estate agencies, two building societies, a bank, an insurance company and a property renovation company to provide free advice and guidance to members of the local community who are looking to buy or sell houses.

Commenting on the event, John Webb, Managing Director of Midland Independent Financial Services said: "We are inviting individuals locally who are interested in buying or selling houses with the intention of talking about the current state of the market and explaining some of issues that they need to consider."

Sarah Popp, Partner at Ansons added: "We have pulled together an impressive team of professionals who all have expert knowledge of the local housing market in the area. The evening will provide a unique opportunity to obtain free advice and introductions in a relaxed and informal atmosphere." 

John Webb concluded: "We are running presentations on relevant topics beginning at 3pm, which will then be repeated at 6pm for those who can't make it until the evening. Topics include family assisted purchases for first time buyers, equity release schemes for those who own their homes, legal issues and the lettings market.

"Attendees will have an opportunity to enter a prize draw entitling the winner to a 50% reduction in their legal or estate agency fees and Hednesford Town Football Club are also offering attendees a buy one get one free offer on match tickets for the match on Saturday 26 March."
