Prestige offices at The Public hit the market

Black Country property agents Bond Wolfe have been instructed to market vacant offices to let at community arts project The Public in West Bromwich.

A total of 6,698 sq ft is available at the landmark complex.

James Mattin, managing partner, said: "This is a high profile building and we are delighted to have been asked to take this on.

"There is excellent road access and it is a well known name with a presence which stands out.

"Bond Wolfe is local to West Bromwich, we have excellent contacts and this is a flagship scheme. It is very exciting."

Built on the site of a former bus station, The Public is located in the town centre, between the ring road and the Queens Square shopping centre.
