Crest Nicholson has announced the appointment of Ruth Williams
as sales manager for Park Central in Birmingham city centre.
Ruth joins the company from CALA Homes having also worked for
major homebuilders including David Wilson and Wilson Connelly. In
her new role for Crest Nicholson, Ruth is responsible for
overseeing the sales and marketing strategy for Park Central, the
developer's fastest selling UK development.
Joining the team in January, Ruth has already made a swift
impression securing month on month sales increases at the city
centre development, which continues to buck the national downturn
in the property market.
"The opportunity to join Crest Nicholson was one I simply
couldn't resist," commented Ruth. "Park Central is renowned within
the industry as a development which has transformed an area of
Birmingham city centre, creating a thriving new residential
community which continues to generate a steady stream of sales. In
constrained market conditions, my role here is certainly going to
be challenging but I'm confident we are delivering the right
product at the right rate of construction to maintain Park
Central's on-going popularity with house hunters."
Susan Young, sales and marketing director for Crest Nicholson
added: "We are delighted to welcome Ruth to the Crest Nicholson
team. Ruth brings invaluable experience to Park Central having
worked for a variety of house builders over the past ten years and
her experience in generating sales and making key decisions will be
crucial to the on-going success of the development. Ruth is
working closely with the established project and sales team at Park
Central and has already made her mark securing a steady stream of
sales since her arrival in January. We're delighted to have Ruth on
board in Birmingham and are looking forward to yet another
successful year at Park Central."
