New phone service cuts cost of business communications

Staffordshire-based company, Internet Central Ltd has launched a new Lines & Calls service to save businesses on their communication costs.

Making calls, accessing the Internet and adding new phone lines can be expensive for small businesses to set-up and maintain. With Internet Central's new phone lines rental, calls, support and maintenance options, however, companies can save between 30% and 50% on these costs.

Initiatives including by-the-second billing, no hidden charges, and an online billing portal for analysing your bills, enable SMEs to have complete control of their communications, and only pay for what they use.

Internet Central's Managing Director, Maitland Hyslop said: "At the moment, in these tough economic times, businesses need to make savings wherever they can. And this is what our new Lines & Calls package helps businesses to do.

"The service is put in place only after an analysis of a company's needs, to reduce expenditure while enhancing communication options. Easy to establish, our lines, calls and broadband services also come with SLAs for total peace of mind. For example, in the event of a fault happening, our engineers will complete the repair within 6 hours for minimum downtime for the business."

With or without calls and with or without broadband, this provision allows businesses to drastically reduce the cost of communication by matching the service to needs, with no wastage.

Lines & Calls also makes it easier to access support because of Internet Central's dedicated account management. There is no call centre, but instead support calls are answered by engineers to speed up the enquiry process.

Mr Hyslop added: "Our extensive experience in the industry has allowed us to create a calls and lines service with a difference. In addition to far cheaper prices, customers receive enhanced support too - existing numbers stay in place for continuity, we have a UK based support team with 90% of faults fixed within 4 hours, and a commitment to giving businesses total control through our online billing portal.

"It's possible to see a breakdown of pricing thanks to our transparent billing, and further savings can then be made by basing group calls according to location, for example."
