The Midcounties Co-operative has launched Remembered Forever
www.rememberedforever.co.uk , an online memorial site to help
families and friends share memories and celebrate the life of loved
ones.
Accessible and easy to use, Remembered Forever enables family
and friends to upload high quality images and text, whilst using a
range of different media, including video and audio to post
personal tributes and dedications through the Midcounties
remembrance website.
All dedicated pages of memorials are based on the internet;
giving friends and family from around the world the opportunity to
view dedications 24 hours a day, adding their own thoughts and
comments as they wish. An additional benefit of the online service
is the assurance that memorial details and all materials supplied
are handled with the utmost care and respect.
Simon Fisher, Group General Manager at Midcounties Co-operative
Funeral Group said: "We understand that recently bereaved family
and friends visiting our homepage will be experiencing a sense of
great loss and upset.
"Remembered Forever has been launched to help ease the pain of
bereavement. It enables families to create a safe and secure
memorial page and because it is based online it can be accessed at
anytime from anywhere in the world."
He adds: "We wanted to create a dedication service that brings
families and friends together to share their memories of a loved
one when perhaps they would not have had the opportunity to do so
because they live so far apart from each other."
