With the clock ticking towards 6 October 2011 - and the biggest
change to regulation governing the legal sector in decades when the
SRA Handbook replaces the Solicitors Code of Conduct - fast
expanding Birmingham-based legal consultancy Inpractice UK has
welcomed Peter Warner as a compliance consultant.
Peter Warner is a legal expert on SRA Compliance, with extensive
experience of working for both law firms and regulators. Admitted
as a solicitor in 1985, he was in private practice until 1992 and
has provided consultancy services and training ever since.
Allan Carton, founder and director of Inpractice UK, says
Peter's arrival is an important addition to the business.

Peter Warner's areas of compliance expertise include outcomes
focused regulation (OFR), Legal Services Act, Risk Management, Code
of Conduct, Management Development Skills Coaching and Quality
Assurance.
