Midland PR consultancy HTPR has strengthened its team with the appointment of Eve Parkin.

Eve, who previously worked for Watermark PR in Birmingham, joins HTPR as account manager to handle a range of accounts, including retirement builder McCarthy & Stone and construction materials supplier Aggregate Industries.

Commenting on her new role, Eve said: "I'm really excited to be joining HTPR, it's a consultancy with an excellent reputation that I have long admired for its considered and inventive approach to PR."

After completing an HND in Media Production and Journalism, Eve joined a Nottingham agency as a PR assistant and has spent the past four and a half years honing her skills in account management and the construction sector.

HTPR managing director Bron Eames added: "Eve brings with her a wealth of PR experience from working on high profile national campaigns, in addition to in depth knowledge of the construction industry and corporate communications and so we're excited about the value she'll be adding to the business."
