National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton
(LSH), has been named Estates Gazette's 'Overall Top National
Agent' in its annual EGi Deals Competition, for the ninth time in
the 10 years that the competition has been running.
The annual competition recognises the number of office,
industrial and retail property deals completed across the country
over the last 12 months. In addition to retaining the crown of
'Overall Top National Agent', LSH also secured top spot for
'National Industrial and Distribution Agents.'
Ian Kibble, Central Regional Director, commented, ""Here in the
Midlands, the Birmingham Industrial team transacted in excess of
1.2 million square feet in 26 deals during 2010. Several key deals
contributed to our national success, including transacting the
largest Midlands-based industrial deal of the year, at 466,745
square feet."
In addition to retaining the crown of 'Overall Top National
Agent', LSH also secured top place in five other categories; Top
Industrial and Distribution Agents, Top Regional Agency Overall -
South East, Top Regional Agency, Offices - South East, Top Regional
Agency, Industrial / Distribution - South East, and Top Regional
Agency, Industrial / Distribution - Wales.
Ezra Nahome, LSH's CEO, said: "The key to LSH retaining the
'Overall Top National Agents' title is its dominance of the South
East market. Here LSH completed almost treble the number of deals
posted by its nearest competitor in both the office and industrial
sectors."
These accolades follow other recent award wins, where LSH was
named 'Most Active National Agent' in both Hertfordshire and South
Wales markets.
Ezra concluded: "These awards provide LSH with another enviable
credential and are testament to the commitment and dedication of
our staff. The data and intelligence gleaned from every deal LSH
completes enable us to offer clients superior market knowledge;
this in turn enables our clients to make the best possible educated
property decisions."
