PRM Green Technologies Ltd have secured an exclusive three-year
contract with BMI Healthcare - the largest independent provider of
private healthcare in the UK.
The IT disposal and recycling company, based in Staffordshire,
is to facilitate the IT disposal for BMI Healthcare - part of
General Healthcare Group.
BMI Healthcare has 73 sites across the UK and PRM Green
Technologies will perform quarterly collections from every BMI
Healthcare hospital and healthcare facility, fully compliant with
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directives.
The deal was won in partnership with Orchid IT, based in Derby.
PRM Green Technologies will further assist Orchid to deliver an
end-to-end compliant solution to their clients.
Since its establishment in 2009, PRM Green Technologies has
grown rapidly. The company now delivers its unique, 100% cost-free
service, to over 2,700 clients nationwide.
The company collect and recycle all redundant, surplus, end of
life, and damaged IT and communications equipment. PRM Green
Technologies can guarantee reduced landfill, as most items are
intended for refurbishment and reuse, thereby reducing the carbon
costs of recycling itself.
PRM Green Technologies' clients include schools, healthcare
organisations and local governments - including several county and
city councils.
Also, the company has recently started delivering its service to
the commercial sector. By securing the exclusive rights to provide
its service to BMI Healthcare over the next three years, this
contract is a welcome addition to PRM Green Technologies' fast
growing corporate client base.
