Innes England has been name the Most Active Agent in a
prestigious property awards…for the fourth year in a
row!
The Midlands leading property agent was awarded the title in the
Estates Gazette Interactive 2010 deals competition. Innes England
walked away with the overall title for the fourth consecutive
year.
The EGi Deals Competition is an independent survey conducted by
the EGi research team covering commercial property transactions. It
is designed to establish the agents completing the largest number
of deals during 2010.
Craig Straw, head of office and business space at the company's
Nottingham office, said: "We are delighted to have been named the
Estates Gazette most active agent across the whole region. To
achieve this four years running is testament to another year of
hard work by the team and reflects our unique position with offices
in Derby, Leicester and Nottingham to be able offer such extensive
coverage across the region.
"Whilst market conditions remain challenging in 2011, we firmly
believe local market knowledge and tenacity will ensure we retain
our market leading performance enabling us to ensure that clients
are able to achieve their goals be it an acquisition or disposal at
the most competitive terms."
To win the award, Innes England has completed hundred of deals
during 2010 in all categories and size bands. Nottingham highlights
include the sale of a 25-acre industrial site on the Colwick
Industrial Estate incorporating more than 160,000 sq ft of
accommodation and the letting of Blueprint's No 1 Nottingham
Science Park to Chinese Car Company Changan. The Changan move
represents a significant inward investment and a coup for the city
against competing locations.
