Nottingham agent heb is putting an interesting range of
commercial properties under the hammer at its April auction which
includes a Telecoms mast site.
The mast site, a first for heb, is situated on the well
established Southglade Business Park and is currently let to
Vodafone producing £4,000 per annum.
"This is an unusual lot," says Matt Hilton, partner and
auctioneer at heb. "We are offering a site let to Vodafone
currently producing £4,000 per annum with a rent review due
in late March.
"This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a well secured
income stream."
Heb is also auctioning a former nightclub - a substantial three
storey leisure/residential property, is positioned in Alfreton
Road, one of Nottingham's main arterial routes, and is currently
fully let, producing an income of £41,600 per annum.
Matt Hilton, partner and auctioneer at heb, said: "This property
is a great investment opportunity comprising two floors of
leisure/pub operation including a self-contained manager's flat.
"It also benefits from second floor accommodation which is
currently laid out as seven lettable rooms - ideal for investors as
it is placed within the recognised catchment area for Nottingham
Trent University."
Also up for grabs in Alfreton Road is The Red Lion three storey
public house. Matt added: "Pubs always prove popular at our
auctions and this one is in a prime spot as it benefits from a
daily traffic flow in excess of 23,000 vehicles. With three
storeys, the property is suitable for a number of alternative uses
subject to planning."
Other lots include a highly visible corner retail/residential
investment property situated at Canning Circus. The ground floor
comprises a shop and the lower level of a six bedroom flat which
also extends across the first and second floors.
Matt added: "The property forms part of a retail parade in an
area which is very popular with shoppers. The immediate vicinity is
densely populated and, again, is within the catchment area for
Nottingham Trent University."
heb will be auctioning a total of 25 lots at auction - seven of
which are commercial and have a total price guide of around
£1.2million.
"We have some unusual lots in this April sale," said Matt. "It
will be an interesting auction."
The heb auction will take place on 13 April at The Gateway
Hotel, Nuthall Road, Cinderhill, Nottingham at 2.30pm. For more
