Our region has no lack of great entrepreneurs and business ideas, but unfortunately too many of them are failing because they have too much resolve!  For years stories of business success have hinged upon entrepreneurs with a laser beam resolve to see their idea through come what may. Less than one in a hundred new businesses really succeed and the common view is that failure was due in large part to a lack of resolve.  The most recent research proves that nothing could be further from the truth!

Tim Latham founded Midlands firm "Unconsultancy" last year after a career in some of the biggest name consultancies and having started two entrepreneurial businesses himself.
