LG Harris, a leading paintbrush manufacturer, has taken 9,591 sq
ft of warehouse space in Bromsgrove in a deal secured by the
Birmingham office of global real estate services firm, DTZ.
Acting on behalf of Bishop Walker Properties, DTZ's industrial
and logistics team has agreed a four year fully repairing and
insuring lease on the warehouse in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove. The
property includes office accommodation over two storeys and a
secure yard at the rear of the property.
Jonathan Robinson, Associate Director at DTZ in Birmingham,
commented: "LG Harris is a major employer in the local area and it
is great to see the company taking more space to compliment their
very successful business.
He added: "The warehouse accommodation is of particularly good
quality with its own secure yard which met with LG Harris'
requirements whilst the location complements its business
needs."
Founded in 1928, LG Harris is a world class manufacturer of
decorating products including brushes, rollers and other
accessories.
David Cooper, Financial Director at LG Harris, said: "As part of
our expansion plans we were keen to find a unit within close
proximity to our head office which would accommodate our business
needs."
