Worcestershire based communications specialist drpgroup's video
team have placed 7th in Televisual magazine's Corporate 50 survey,
ranking the top companies in the corporate video production
industry.
The list was revealed on the 14th March and saw the previously
unranked drpvideo team ascending to the top ten of this prestigious
list. drpvideo can attribute this climb in the rankings to the
continued development of its considerable services, expansion into
new areas such as broadcast, a year of numerous new client
wins and the delivery of many significant corporate film
programmes.
2010 marked drpvideo's 30th year in business following its
founding in Worcestershire in 1980 and saw both the team and its
facilities expand considerably. Director of Video Dagmar Mackett
appointed 5 new team members across all levels of the video team
including senior producer Sam Jones, previously of World
Television, bringing new experience in both broadcast and corporate
video production.
In addition to this, the team continued to develop other state
of the art offerings such as holographic video projection and
interactive video webcasting. A brand new, purpose built video
facility at the drpgroup Hartlebury headquarters plus the expansion
and improvement of edit and studio facilities in London all helped
to drive the growth of the business and propel it up the Televisual
Corporate 50 standings.
Director of drpvideo, Dagmar Mackett commented on the Corporate
50 placement, "This is fantastic news. The team has worked
incredibly hard to make this happen and provide our clients with an
outstanding service. To have had the backing of the whole of the
drpgroup has meant that we have been able to continuously tap into
a pool of incredible resources, helping us expand, explore new
technologies and develop new, exciting services for our
clients."
