Former research scientist Anita Sharma-James, established The
Spice Trade cookery and catering business in 2007, out of a
lifelong passion of Indian food. The Spice Trade is now going from
strength to strength, with 2011 seeing the company driving home
it's reputation for fabulous events on the corporate scene, with an
event for Audi.
Initially supplying high-end Indian cuisine to deli's and for
private parties, The Spice Trade is now in demand from the
corporate sector, catering for product launches and team building
events. Indian canapés and a beautiful range of Audi cars
were on offer, as Audi Solihull, hosted a successful brand review
evening in late February. Audi UK's Product Liaison Manager, Grant
O'Hara, was quoted as saying that the food was "exquisite".
"We're delighted to have had the opportunity to show off what we
can do at the Audi event', said Director of The Spice Trade, Anita,
whose recent corporate clients have included Pfizer
Pharmaceuticals, Lloyds of London and O2.
She added, "It's an exciting time as companies are keen to
experience our corporate team building events in Birmingham, in the
form of Indian Cookery Challenges. We're loving every spicy minute
of it".
