Developer offers £10,000 holiday as incentive for finding an occupier

A Nottingham developer letting two office schemes is offering a unique incentive of a holiday of a lifetime to anyone who introduces an occupier.

Developer L&A Capital is offering the chance to win a holiday up to the value of £10,000 to a destination of the winner's choice for introducing an occupier to Aspire27 or The Quadrant.

The Quadrant, a brand new speculative office development, offering more than 18,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in the commercial heart of Beeston. The building is being marketed in whole or part, with 18,442 sq ft ranged across three floors - 4,981 sq ft on the ground floor, 8,626 sq ft on the first floor and 4,835 sq ft on the second floor.

Aspire27 offers more than 17,000 sq ft of up-market space at the Sherwood Business Park - one of the most well-known business parks in the East Midlands which is already home to a raft of blue-chip businesses. Aspire27 combines a striking contemporary design with Grade A space ranged over two floors - 8,681 sq ft on the ground floor and 8,470 sq ft on the first floor.

Paul Landa, sales and marketing director for L&A Capital said: "We are always looking for innovative ways in which to promote our property portfolio. Holidays are regularly used as incentives and prizes but not for introducing occupiers of property. We think that offering a top quality holiday to anyone introducing an occupier to either of these two superior office buildings offers real synergy with our property and is an ideal reward, especially after the long winter we have all had to endure."

Joint agents marketing the Aspire27 scheme are Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton. The joint agents marketing The Quadrant development are Savills and Innes England.

The offer ends on 30 June and those wanting to introduce an occupier should contact any of the joint agents. A copy of the terms and conditions is also available from the joint agents.
