A business advisory firm has planned for the future growth of
the company by strengthening its team across the Midlands.
Cooper Parry, with offices across Derby, Nottingham and
Leicester has promoted five of its team members to help support its
growing portfolio of clients and drive forward continued growth in
2011.
The promotions will see Martin Firbank, become a director, Emma
Crooks move to audit assistant manager from associate, David Holmes
promoted to senior consultant in the Wealth Strategies team and
Joanne Spray to tax assistant manager after joining the firm only
six months ago as a tax senior. Meanwhile tax partner Sarah Axe has
strengthened the Cooper Parry Wealth Strategies team in Derby after
moving from the firm's Nottingham office
Chief executive Jeremy Bowler said the promotions demonstrated
its continued commitment to recruiting and retaining the best
talent in the region.
He said: "Our people are our greatest asset and it's great to
share in their success. The promotions recognise the hard work and
dedication they have put into the business.
"We are planning for the ongoing growth of the company and one
of the strategies is to continue strengthening by investing in the
right areas. The promotions are a testament to that commitment and
along with Cooper Parry being one of only a few in the East
Midlands who has achieved Investors in People Gold Status, after
retaining the IIP Champion award, we will continue to invest and
develop our people to help Cooper Parry achieve its aims."
