The world's leading global merchant of paper and communication materials will soon be enjoying some of the finest views Milton Keynes has to offer from the heart of the city, having signed up to take fifth floor offices in the city.

PaperlinX is shortly to take occupation of 7,711 sq ft within the award-winning 250,000 sq ft building - The Pinnacle - offering premium office space.  The company is relocating its headquarters from Northampton and forms part of PaperlinX Europe which annually supplies close to three million tonnes of paper and related products for a wide variety of printers, publishers, sign makers and office market users.

The Pinnacle is now approximately 70% let - having already attracted international companies including Deloitte, SNR Denton, Baker Tilly and Mazars - and the £70 million scheme is delivering a high quality dynamic business centre in the heart of Milton Keynes.

Ian Jackson, a Director of Hampton Brook said: "PaperlinX were initially attracted to The Pinnacle because of the high quality of offices the building provided, its stunning location and excellent communications for their staff."

"Despite the challenging economic climate, Paperlinx has joined the likes of Baker Tilly and Mazars who also recently relocated to the Pinnacle. Whilst the Pinnacle is providing the best Grade A space in Central Milton Keynes it also demonstrates excellent green credentials and offers considerable energy savings for its tenants. We are pleased with our enquiry levels for the remaining space from companies who are equally suitably impressed with the package that The Pinnacle offers."

The design of The Pinnacle plays a vital role in maintaining the vibrancy and reputation of the city's business district and incorporates a range of sustainable measures. Indeed it has been awarded one of the UK's most prestigious sustainable achievement accolades and also boasts being the first building in Central Milton Keynes to achieve a BREEAM rating of excellent and the first to achieve an Energy Efficient Rating of A.

Following a two year build programme by Hampton Brook and its joint venture partner Aberdeen Property Investors, The Pinnacle was completed at the end of 2009 - with a topping out ceremony performed by the Mayor of Milton Keynes. As would be expected with such an iconic building, the internal fit out of the accommodation has been completed to an exceptionally high standard, delivering accommodation only rivalled by properties in the Capital. The Pinnacle also provides secure car parking, located underground to ensure that there is no physical detraction to the visual impact of the property and its surroundings.

Opportunities remain for occupiers to lease space within The Pinnacle in suites from 5,000 sq ft up to 70,000 sq ft.  Further information on the accommodation available can be obtained from the joint letting agents Lambert Smith Hampton - Tel: 01908 604630 and CBRE - Tel: 020 7182 2229.
