Coventry-based Circle Insurance Services has achieved chartered
status, making it one of the first brokers firms in the Midlands to
do so.
The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has awarded the
prestigious Chartered Insurance Brokers' title to Circle, which
employs 30 people at its base in Holyhead Road.
Only firms which meet rigorous professional and capability
standards are eligible to receive the award. All such brokers have
to commit to the CII's Code of Ethics, reinforcing the highest
standards of professional practice in their business dealings.
Circle Insurance provides a range of services, including both
domestic and commercial and has specialist products in areas as
varied as saddlers and Masonic lodges, LPG installers to sports
clubs.
Chairman Tony Norcott, who is also an individual Chartered
Insurance Broker, described securing certification as a landmark
for his firm.
He said: "We have always prided ourselves on being thoroughly
professional in everything we do, and to receive external
recognition in this way is very gratifying. As Chartered Insurance
Brokers, we can signal our commitment to the highest levels of
service to our customers."
To date, fewer than 100 firms across the UK have achieved
Chartered status, indicating that this is a highly exclusive award
reserved for the leading firms of the broking industry.
