A major innovation in wall mounted dispensers will be unveiled
by Rieke Dispensing at Interpack alongside examples of the
company's ability to create tailored solutions for individual
customer requirements. In addition, Rieke will be showing the
latest developments from its market leading Airless and Foamer
ranges.
The new wall mounted dispenser has been developed in conjunction
with one of Rieke's customers to provide a safe and hygienic means
of dispensing a special antiseptic gel in operating theatres. The
solution combines Rieke's established expertise in dispensing
systems with electronic control for touch and effort-free operation
that ensures fast, reliable and accurate dosing each time.
The company will also display a variety of
individually-developed dispensers for specific products and
applications. Examples include a right angle dispensing neck
created for a new toilet cleaner that allows a stream delivery to
the rim of the toilet bowl with one hand, mess-free dispensing, and
a special fluid drain back feature to prevent the clogging up of
the nozzle on a washing up liquid pack.
Rieke's Foamer range features a number of enhancements that
enable the dispensers to handle a variety of product formulations.
The Foamers draw product from the container and mix it with air at
the point of dispense to enable it to foam without the use of
traditional aerosol technology.
The Foamer is available in two sizes - a 0.8ml dose (the RF-08)
and a 1.7ml dose (the RF-17) - in both PET and HDPE bottles.
Shower resistant as standard, the stylish and
contemporary-looking designs can be complemented by a range of
customisation options for effective branding, including different
colours. The RF-17 is shippable, enabling it to be locked in the
down position for ease of transport and, once opened, re-locked in
the up position to avoid a final unwanted dose when locking, while
the RF-08 is protected by a frosted overcap.
Rieke's expanded Airless range now comprises 14 pack sizes from
15g to 1kg, with dose options from 0.25ml to 4ml, meaning the
company offers the broadest range of airless dispensers in the
world. As well as providing packaging solutions for an increased
number of product types in the personal care and pharmaceutical
markets, the wide choice of sizes offers opportunities for the
creation of family ranges.
Airless HVDS dispensers are able to handle products that have a
very high viscosity and are therefore extremely difficult to
dispense effectively. Rieke says Airless HVDS can achieve 98%
product evacuation, offering important cost savings for both
manufacturers and consumers
