Facilities and energy management specialist GSH Group has
enhanced its internal communications activity with the launch of
GOSH, a new quarterly newsletter for staff.
GOSH, which has been developed by Summersault Communications,
the award-winning employee and customer communications specialists,
goes out to 1600 employees throughout the UK and contains a mix of
business news, CSR initiatives, people stories and
competitions.
The publication plays a vital role in communicating news to GSH
staff, many of whom work remotely. The company has more than 1400
skilled engineers throughout the UK, and GOSH is crucial to
ensuring they are all kept up to date with developments such as new
clients and industry news.
GSH Group, based in Stoke on Trent, is a leading provider of
technology driven facilities and energy management solutions and
works with more than 600 customers in all the major market sectors.
At the forefront of sustainable development within the facilities
management sector, GSH Group is expert in meeting environmental and
health and safety requirements.
Richard Roberts, Director of Employee Engagement at GSH Group,
commented on the role of the publication: "GSH Group has a heritage
spanning over 100 years, and our focus has always been on our
people and ensuring they feel engaged with the company. GOSH is
therefore an important tool to communicate with our staff. With
more than a thousand employees based throughout the country, the
publication is a great way to unite people together and it also
provides staff with a platform to communicate their own news and
successes."
Laura Butler, editor of GOSH at Summersault Communications,
added:
"GSH Group has a high level of expertise, and the industry they
are in is wide reaching and fast moving. The challenge for the
publication, therefore, is to ensure employees are kept up to date
with the latest updates across the company."
The second issue of GOSH is due to be published by Summersault
Communications in January. Summersault Communications are experts
in printed and online communications for internal and external
stakeholders, creating bespoke activity for employees, customers,
members or partner organisations, via magazines, websites,
intranets and campaigns.
