Birmingham based Dains chartered accountants and business
advisers have bolstered their Corporate Tax team with the
appointment of Rachel Horner as Corporate Tax Director.
With over 13 years experience advising businesses on both UK and
international tax issues Rachel joins Dains having gained
experience in both a Big 4 firm and a regional practice as well as
a spell in industry working as Tax Manager at a FTSE Top 50
company.
As a Chartered Tax Adviser, Rachel has particular knowledge in
complex corporation tax issues, including acquisitions, disposals
and the development of taxation advisory services for owner-managed
businesses and has developed a strong reputation for advising
clients on proactive planning issues with the objective of
mitigating their tax liabilities. Rachel will use commercial
experience and specialist tax planning knowledge to assist her in
identifying key issues for clients.
