Bond Wolfe's West Bromwich-based agency department has seen a
busy start to 2011 with a series of new instructions.
The list includes former New Look premises which are available
to let in the town's High Street, and a part-let commercial
freehold investment opportunity in Great Barr.
Already the firm has got 6,000 sq ft of space under offer in
West Bromwich while terms have been agreed on a ten year lease at
46 High Street, Bromsgrove, owned by Real Estate Investors.
The moves follow a successful flourish at the end of last
year.
The department completed the letting of 10,000 sq ft to Sandwell
Community Care Trust, in conjunction with Synapse Learning, on the
second floor of the West Plaza complex on a five year lease.
West Plaza is now fully let with tenants including SCCT,
Evenbrook and Premier Travel Inn.
2010 saw Bond Wolfe let over 50,000 sq ft in the area, a 48 per
cent increase on 2009 transactions despite the difficult economic
climate.
Managing partner James Mattin said: "We know who is looking and
have the ability to fill specific requirements with local
stock.
"We have the contacts, so we can react to requirements
quickly."
